At every visit to the doctor and in every telephone conversation, it is our surgery assistants that you meet first. The team inclues Blerina Asani, Venla Heikura and Andrijana Radosavljevic (left to right).

For us as doctors our surgery assistants are our organisational backbone, as they are your first point of contact. In turn, we can concentrate on the medical care of our patients.

But, in addition to patient care, they also perform activities in the medical field. In addition to hearing, smell and allergy tests, this also includes hearing aid expertise, blood sampling and the very practical support, for example in case of vertigo diagnostic assessment, voice field measurements and surgical interventions.
